No Output Sleep Configuration
When external power is missing and the UPS has no output (or low output), the UPS will enter sleep mode and stop supplying power. After external power is restored, the UPS will resume power supply.
Concept Understanding
- External Power Missing means that the UPS can only enter sleep mode when there is a power outage. Under non-outage conditions, the UPS will not enter sleep mode.
- UPS No Output means that the UPS can only enter sleep mode when the output power is low enough. When the UPS is outputting normal power, it will not sleep.
- No Output Sleep Maximum Current indicates the upper limit of low power output from the UPS. Once the UPS output exceeds this current, the UPS cannot enter sleep mode.
- No Output Sleep Time indicates the time before the UPS enters sleep mode when outputting low power. If it is less than this time, the UPS will not enter sleep mode.
Operation Steps
- Use the mini-program to connect to the device via Bluetooth
- Click Advanced Configuration -> No Output Sleep Configuration
- Fill in the parameters you need

Example: According to the settings above, if the UPS outputs a current less than 150mA continuously for 600 seconds, the UPS will enter sleep mode. If at any point during the 600 seconds the current is greater than 150mA, the 600-second timer will restart.
- The minimum no output sleep time is 31 seconds.
- The minimum no output sleep maximum current is 50mA, and the maximum is 999mA.
- To ensure stable NAS power supply, it is recommended that the no output sleep time should not be less than 1 minute.
